Past
Before I came to boarding school, my organization looked like . . .
- huh? what's organization?
- dirty and clean clothes all over my floor
- my locker was my trash can
- I never kept track of assignments in a special section of my binder
- I didn't care if my writing flowed logically from one topic to the next
Present
My organization right now looks like . . .
- a little forced, but a lot better
- I use a cubby for my books, and I keep my clothes picked up
- I have a binder, and I usually put my assignments in it, even though sometimes I don't three-hole-punch them, so it's a chaotic mess
- I'm using my planner every time someone reminds me
- I'm working on using transition sentences between my ideas when I write, so that it's clear and easy to read
Future
In the future, I want my organization to look like . . .
- a waterfall of delight
- I'll keep my backpack clean
- I'll always take the time to organize my binder and keep all my old assignments, too
- I'll use my planner because I want to, and I'll check it every morning and night to plan for the day ahead
- I'll make millions of dollars off my juicy cake writing
